Delivery is always protected with tracking number provided for all parcels (ask for tracking)

Full refund if product is not received

It may take up to 10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments). We’ll send you the tracking number and the link to track after your order is shipped.

UK Customers: If your item is not delivered in 61 days, you will be totally refunded or the article will be reshipped. (Your choice)

Other countries: If your item is not delivered in 91 days, you will be totally refunded or the article will be reshipped. (Your choice)

NO CUSTOMER PROTECTION IN CASE OF ADDRESS ERROR. ERROR IN ADDRESS MUST BE REPORTED BEFORE SHIPPING (NO REFUND, NO RESHIP)

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
